In response to “Charlotte, why you no draw people?” here are illustrations of awesome actors! Thanks to Adam Osgood for the inspiration (there were five specific breaks in my schedule that needed a quick, structured activity). Following Adam’s lead, I wanted to 1. explore a new mark-making technique (omega 802 and Faber-Castell brush pens cold/warm gray), 2. draw beautiful people, and 3. be a “productive time waster”

Designing the tribute posters… Starting to work with the Anaglyph Effect (the wide spray of reeds behind the head was removed–WAY to noisy!) … The current offset puts the plants in the “front” and the dog nestled behind… Originally wanted to keep the posters to three colors (Black, Red, and Cyan), but I am going to work with gray (or maybe two shades).
